SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Defense Counterterrorism Center (DCTC) effort in Reston, Virginia. The Program Manager will be responsible for on-site oversight for all technical and operational functions, planning, organization and control of resources to complete all deliverables and services. The Program Manager will be the primary interface between the Contractor and Government. 


  • Responsible for and manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customer 
  • Manage and monitor project cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, materials, security, deliverables, quality and metric objectives and milestones of the contract. 
  • Collect, analyze and maintain task performance metrics that measure the execution of all business and operational activities. 
  • Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities. 
  • Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems. 
  • Implement the proposed Program Management Plan. 
  • Ensure all security requirements and governance guidelines are met in accordance with the DD254 and PWS. 
  • Coordinate, collaborate, and communicate with the COR. 
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Active DoD TS/SCI
  • Master’s degree in a related discipline; Bachelor’s may be substituted with additional years of experience. 
  • 12 years of related and progressive experience in intelligence analysis and program management, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired.

  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends.
