SOSi is currently seeking experienced Senior All-Source Intelligence Analysts to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Defense Counterterrorism Center (DCTC) program in Reston, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have senior level analytical experience working in multiple interagency type environments, with experience leading and mentoring other analysts.


  • Conduct research and analysis of data, produce finished intelligence, populate various databases, and disseminate a broad array of intelligence products.
  • Produce products and briefings to both tactical and strategic customers that meet ODNI and DIA analytic tradecraft standards.
  • Support DoD field collectors and determine the best methodology to prepare and produce integrated intelligence products including targeting products in direct
    support of special operations.
  • Draft and finalize Intelligence Information Reports (IIR's); edit and disseminate finished IIRs.
  • Review, process, and disseminate Source Directed Requirements (SDRs) and evaluations.
  • Review, process, and provide responses to foreign release, downgrade, and declassification requests.
  • Understand DIA and broader IC CT analytic priorities and associated collection requirements.
  • Train and maintain oversight of contractor line analysts and delegate daily production task appropriately.
  • Communicate guidance, expectations, and production priorities to the line analysts.
  • Brief senior leadership and communicate upcoming requirements, resource needs, and shifting priorities.
  • Compile and report daily production metrics, maintain multiple spreadsheets and accurately project quarterly production metrics.
  • Complete tasker and research requirements with no guidance.
  • Seek resolutions and collaborate with appropriate partner organizations without oversight.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • An active in-scope TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree. 
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements. 
  • Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
  • Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks. 
  • Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings. 
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight. 
  • Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
