SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Defense Counterterrorism Center (DCTC) program in Reston, Virginia. The Knowledge Manager will be responsible for aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.


  • Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
  • Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
  • Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.
  • Disseminate intelligence products through requisite/designated dissemination
    means, following approval by civilian or military government supervisor.
  • Support the government in preparing FOIA requests, produce tasking metrics,
    graphics and briefings.
  • Provide training on analytic tools as needed.
  • Capture, facilitate,clarify and champion organizational IT functional requirements through the appropriate organization.
  • Provide business process improvement as needed.
  • Manage/create/modify SharePoint sites.
  • Manage organizational distribution lists and shared groups.
  • Other duties as assigned



  • An active in-scope DoD TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends.
