Overview

SOSi is currently seeking an experienced TS/SCI cleared HUMINT SME to join our team at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be able to accurately and effectively comunicate with senior leadership and the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate experience with HUMINT and other intelligence disciplines.
  • Knowledge of training requirements and conduct training for team members.
  • Assist in identifing and the development of prudent courses of action.
  • Recommend priorities and employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit to customer operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing HUMINT related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center or Combatant Command, or, a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community.
  • Not less than five (5) years of experience in Collection Management, all-source analysis, and desk officer/reports.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of HUMINT programs and analysis, and at least one (1) combat overseas tour with a SMU and or SOF operating in a HUMINT analysis support function.
  • Satisfactorily completed the Strategic Debriefing Course or equivalent. These SMEs shall possess sufficient interpersonal skills and ability to write/speak clearly too accurately brief HUMINT related matters at all levels of the supported command.
  • Possess expert-level skills and proficiency using analytic tools and databases
  • An academic background and/or other equivalent formal training and experience.
  • Associates of Arts degree from an accredited university or college with primary studies in Middle Eastern and/or North African regional culture/sociology, or, multiple combat support deployments to CENTCOM or AFRICOM with attending pre-deployment familiarization training.
  • Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Must possess a valid US passport
  • Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.
  • Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.

Working Conditions

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends.
