Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an experienced Operational Planning Analyst to join our team in Quantico, VA, United States.  The Operational Planning Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic planning and policy support experience in the development, evaluation, and coordinated implementation of strategic plans, policies, doctrine, and programs throughout the Areas of Responsibility (AOR).

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic planning and policy support experience in the development, evaluation, and coordinated implementation of strategic plans, policies, doctrine, and programs throughout the Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Act as Onsite subject matter expert (SME) supporting the development of policies, via analyses and recommendations, for high-priority implementation and planning efforts involving joint, interagency, and multinational actors for full-spectrum traditional military and cyberspace-based operations.
  • Provides subject matter expert assistance for the support and development of DoD/Service Component policies, via analyses and recommendations, for high-priority implementation and planning efforts involving joint, interagency, and multinational actors for full-spectrum cyber
    operations, to include Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Counterintelligence, Operational Preparation of the Environment (OPE), Offensive Operations, Defensive Operations, and DoD Information Network (DoDIN) Operations.
  • Provides SME-level functional and contextual knowledge of various intelligence disciplines, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems and platforms, and multidiscipline
    intelligence processes including, but not limited to: Cryptology, Intelligence & Electronic Warfare (IEW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Measurements and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Counterterrorism (CT), Counterintelligence (Cl), Law Enforcement (LE) analysis, and other related fields.
  • Assist in the drafting and staffing of information papers, planning orders, operational concepts, analyses, estimates, and briefings for force protection entity leadership, primary staff, and supported internal/external agencies.

Qualifications

 

  • Five (5) years' current, demonstrated and relevant subject matter expert experience in providing strategic planning and policy support experience in the development, evaluation, and coordinated implementation of strategic plans, policies, doctrine, and programs throughout the customer's Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Five (5) years' current, demonstrated and relevant subject matter expert experience supporting the development of customer's policies, via analyses and recommendations, for high-priority implementation and planning efforts involving joint, interagency, and multinational actors for full-spectrum traditional military and cyberspace-based operations.
  • Five (5) years' experience as an onsite subject matter expert for the support and development of DoD/Service Component policies, via analyses and recommendations, for high-priority implementation and planning efforts involving joint, interagency, and multinational actors for full-spectrum cyber operations, to include Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Counterintelligence, Operational Preparation of the Environment (OPE), Offensive Operations, Defensive Operations, and DoD Information Network (DoDIN) Operations.
  • Three (3) years' demonstrated experience in providing functional and contextual guidance in the implementation of various intelligence disciplines, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) systems and platforms, and multidiscipline intelligence processes including, but not limited to: Cryptology, Intelligence & Electronic Warfare (IEW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Measurements and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Counterterrorism (CT), Counterintelligence (CI), intelligence systems development and maintenance, Law Enforcement (LE) analysis, and other related fields.
  • Graduate of Foreign CI Training or Source Operations Training.
  • Graduate of Joint CI Staff Officer Course
  • Top Secret clearance with current SSBI with SCI eligibility and CI Scope Polygraph within the last 3 years. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • An active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
