SOSi is currently seeking an experienced TS/SCI cleared 1st Battalion Task Lead to join our team in Fort Belvoir VA, United States. The 1st Battalion Task Lead will be responsible for responsible for the preparation of employing FSTs and the development and updating of IO TTPs, PMT, training materials and blocks of instruction. The IO FST MRX is responsible for conducting comprehensive, mission-tailored and realistic IO FST MRXs using common IO FST base-line training standards.

Qualifications

  • An active TS/SCI clearance. 
  • Master’s degree in Business Management or Technical Field.
  • 6 years demonstrated experience in integration and synchronizing IO. 
  • Experience in two of the following training requirements: 
    • Supervising the preparation of deploying FST’s;
    • Supervising and executing FST training plans;
    • Supporting the Battalion S3;
    • Supporting the IO FST MRX capability.
