SOSi is currently seeking experienced Army Information Operation Center (AIOC)  S3 Continuity of Operations Procedure (COOP) Project Manager to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA. This position will provide support to the Command’s protection plan.


  • Develop and produce the Command's Continuity of Operations Plan, Antiterrorism/Force Protection Plan, Emergency Management Plan, and Physical Security Plan
  • Attend required meetings, working groups, and training events
  • Develop and submit in-progress briefs
  • Plan and execute internal protection program exercises
  • Prepare reports for quality control/assurance and dissemination by the government
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Active in-scope TS/SCI Clearance
  • COOP planning and execution experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience 
  • 8 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Information Operations background preferred
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Staff officer experience a plus
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required
