SOSi is seeking a Service Desk Clerk for our current contract located on Camp Taji, Iraq.


  • Responsible for processing Service Order Request (SOR)
  • Able to communicate effectively with groups of customers or employees of the organization
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.)
  • Generate of daily reports for Site Management
  • Create and manage databases; excel spreadsheets, word documents, PowerPoint
  • Perform simple, routine, and repetitive administrative functions and complete routine reports and correspondence
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in an administrative position
  • Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
  • Must possess excellent English speaking and writing abilities
  • Possess a high level of professionalism and customer services
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Must handle and manage multiple tasks
  • Must be flexible with working hours
  • Relevant overseas government contracting experience preferably with the Department of Defense

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required 

Working Conditions

  • Willingness to live and work under environmental and other conditions that may be uncomfortable at times
  • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions
  • Requires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary
  • May require ability to lift/and or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs.
