SOS International LLC (SOSi) - Technology, Collection and Exploitation (TCE) Division is seeking a Digital Network Intelligence Analyst to preform analysis for specified target sets and format the information for dissemination. 



  • Apply knowledge of threat environment, open-source tools, and current implentation of threat technologies in order to devise all-source analytic/collection strategies to pursue access and exploitation of targets of interest.
  • Perform technical metadata and content analysis
  • Use baseline linguist skills or be capable of leveraging collaborating with linguists to review, assess and leverage multi-language technical standards and data to characterize, analyze and reconstruct digital networks. 



  • Minimum of 3 years experience specializing in DNI
  • Possess an active in Scope Top Secret Clearance 
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable STEM field (for example, computer science, math, science, engineering, intelligence, network topology/forensics, global networking)
  • Demonstrated expertise in intelligence collection in support of gathering data from target or adversary automated information systems or networks, to include providing direct DNI tradecraft, analysis and reporting support
  • Knowledge of global networking principles and applications, including protocol level (DNS, BGP)
  • Knowledge in open source SIGINT development (SIGDEV)
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital network characterization, reconstruction, mapping, or vulnerability assessments, as well as a working knowledge in language and technical analysis and exploitation techniques, tool providers, capabilities or workflows
  • Demonstrated experience in any of the following areas: DNI analysis, mapping and reconstruction; DNI/DNR convergence; Target templating; Social Network Analysis (SNA); Network vulnerability assessments;
  • Utilize target development databases, analyze social and telecommunications networks and exploit high priority targets.
  • Perform sustained target analysis through the use of DNI/DNR analytic techniques.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in STEM field, with more than 5 years’ experience in dedicated DNI role
  • Experience as a linguist-analyst: Russian, Korean, Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
  • Proven written and oral communication skills and ability to quickly document research and analysis
  • Experience conducting executive debriefs of deliverables and project outcomes
  • Excellent time management skills\Research best practices and topic analysis

Working Conditions


  • Normal office working conditions with possible requirement to lift and/or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs
  • Periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary
