SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Program Manager to support a government customer on Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be an integral part to the team providing support to all customers for SOSi.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Government's point of contact.
  • Provide technical supervision and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned to the contract.
  • Lead the Support Contract team in providing the best buisniess practices to the program office.
  • Oversee all contractual responsibilities and delivery of all contract deliverables.
  • Ensure an efficient, effective, and economic level of contract support is provided to the program office.
  • Provide oversight of staff and support activities.
  • Maintain contract costs.
  • Manage overall contract performance to include: providing subcontract management, monitoring invoicing, coordinating contract change proposals; and understanding the needs and customer expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant management experience.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain and active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • PMP required.
  • Demonstrated experience in Army Acquisition Process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a science related field is desired.
  • At least 10 years of IT Service Management experience.
  • Experience providing oversight of large, multi-functional project teams, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Experience planning and managing complex tasks sometimes under tight budget and time constraints across multiple regions overseas.
  • Experience in government acquisition and a familiarity with industry best practices.
  • Strong Management and leadership skills.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
