SOS International (SOSi) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our client. The Administrative Assistant work will vary from basic administrative processes to high level tasks moderately complex, and complex tasks. Demanding high level of autonomy and latitude in planning, organizing, and decision making.


  • Manage and assist in managing the administrative workflow and day to day activities for a manager or office
  • Maintain schedule of appointments, monitor email and telephone for a manager and other officers in a work unit
  • Greet and escort visitors
  • Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail, newspapers, faxes, and other publications
  • Arrange for the delivery of outgoing mail/packages
  • Prepare travel/training arrangements and process travel/training accounting/vouchers for the program office
  • Draft, proofread, edit and coordinate correspondences
  • Coordinate or assist with planning, scheduling, organizing meetings conferences and off-sites
  • Participate in meetings and events, serving as a recorder
  • Brief or present administrative support related information
  • Administer databases and spreadsheets in include managing user accounts and accesses, creating reports, and performing updates
  • Provide direct administrative support to a member of the ELT or senior customer executive
  • Participate in special projects



  • Active in scope TS/SCI with FS Poly
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 1-year experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually
  • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and standard computer applications
  • Knowledge of proper English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure to ensure that written materials prepared and reviewed are complete, succinct, and formatted correctly.
