SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Program Manager at the Senior level to support a program enabling integrated joint/combined space operations. The program supports the planning, integration, execution and assessment of global space operations in order to deliver combat relevant space capabilities to U.S. and coalition partners. The Intelligence Planner will support intelligence analysis and operations to gain space domain awareness as well as provide intelligence support to operational planning to enable assured delivery of space capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met system resources are utilized effectively and the proper relationships are established between customers.
  • Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities. Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
  • provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this TO.
  • Provide program management/supervision and direction to insure the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract
  • Use government-furnished systems to receive, log, assign, track, and monitor tasks assigned to the center, office, or task force.
  • Ensure tasks are received, Logged, and assigned to the appropriate sections/personnel for completion.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
  • Possess the current project management Institute (PMI) project management professional certification or defense acquisition university (DAU) equivalent.

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; OR have a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency or recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related Senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a subtitute to the Master's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background experience in technical collection and/or analysis to include GEOINT/MASINT/SIGINT.
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.

Working Conditions

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
