SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Reston, VA.  The HR Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for providing data entry to the HR system of record (ADP) and ensuing the applicable data flows to the Finance system of record (CP).  Additional responsibilities is to provide administrative support to the HR Team.


  • Enters employee data into HR and Finance systems.
  • Maintains data integrity of HR information through audits.
  • Manages Form I-9 and E-Verify programs
  • Monitors Onboarding/New Hire Paperwork
  • Completes HR file review by investigators
  • Responds to all company employee verification requests.
  • Manages HR file room and electronic files
  • Performing other Human Resources duties as assigned.


  • Associate degree in Business related field or two years of professional experience.
  • Experience in handling accounting/financial/human resources matters.
  • Excellent computer skills and MS Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Costpoint or ADP experience required.
  • Ability to manage tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Governemnt contracting experience preferred 
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Working Conditions

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • May require ability to lift/and or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends
