SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking Counterintelligence (CI) Analysts who shall perform work at a designated government-owned facility at Peterson AFB, CO.
Contractor personnel work independently with moderate Government oversight, provide comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing, and coordinate staffing of plans and documents across the DoD IM/SR Community.
Conduct both life-cycle and annual due diligence assessments; interface with other Department of Defense Components for equity reviews.
Active TS/SCI, must be willing to obtain a CI Polygraph
Senior Level: Master’s Degree plus a minimum of 12 years of relevant subject matter experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years; or a Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 17 years of experience.
Expert Level: Master's Degree plus a minimum of 20 years of relevant subject matter experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Extensive working knowledge of the DoD policies, instructions, and guidance governing IM/SR programs.
Experience reviewing, validating, and staffing IM/SR plans; conducting life-cycle and Component level IM/SR program annual due diligence assessments.
Understanding of the DoD IM/SR community structure, and have experience coordinating and staffing throughout.
Must possess Data analysis skills and proven organizational abilities to analyze large amounts of data and provide senior level (general officer) products. Experience in researching, developing, and writing on further analytic processes to inform analysis, operations, collection postures, coordination within the community and provide increased decision space to DOD, Service, and/or CCMD leadership.
Demonstrated experience in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point). Aptitude to learn new toolsets associated with daily duties.Supports joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment development via planning and targeting.

Coordinates, monitors, and integrates intelligence while ensuring timely, comprehensive and accurate response.
Identifies significant intelligence gaps, specifies collection requirements to fill gaps in information, evaluates resulting intelligence collected in response to requirements and determines analytical approach to incorporate collected data into all-source production.
Serves as a team member on command-wide, multi-disciplinary efforts that involve foreign strategic and regional information operational issues.
Informs decision-makers in briefings on foreign strategic and regional information operations and influence issues.
Develops and maintains liaison with counterparts within the command, other national intelligence agencies, and components of U.S. commands to coordinate intelligence assessments. Interacts with customers to understand as well as to anticipate their requirements.
Represent the command at conferences, working groups, meetings and exercises. Mentors and guides less experienced analysts.
Experience working with FVEY partners in an Information Operations capacity
Knowledge of the Department of Defense and/or the Intelligence Community Information Operations activities.
Fluency in a foreign language is desirable.
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary
