SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Senior Collection Manager to support the US Government at Peterson AFB, CO.

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage collection activities against collection requirements
  • Use Analysis, quantitative data, requirements and collection management tools to evaluate the effectiveness of existing collection operations and potential future platforms to drive resource allocation against CCMD and national collection priorities, Identify collection gaps, define operational priorities and collection postures, and support planning.
  • Work collaboratively to develop collection strategies and assess results

Qualifications

 

  • Active TS/SCI, must be willing to obtain a CI Polygraph
  • 10+ years of relevant subject matter experience with a portion of experience within the past 2 years
  • 3+ years of related senior experience
  • Must posssess excellent data analysis skills and proven organization abilities to analyze large amounts of data and provide senior level products and briefings
  • Experience in researching, developing, and writing collection postures and coordinating across the DoD Service, and/or CCMD Intelligence systems and programs

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Current Certified Collection Management Professional-Fundamental (CCMP-F) certification
  • Experience working DoD Component-level GEOINT or SIGINT functional management issues to include incorporating capabilities into relevant planning processes identify innovative collection techniques and capabilities, and lead the federation of PED responsibilities across supporting production nodes.
  • Experience working with FVEY partners and enabling partner collaboration
  • Knowledge of the Department of Defense and/or the intelligence Community
  • Previous CCMD experience
