SOSi is seeking a Datacenter Manager to support its team at FORSCOM on Ft. Bragg. In this role you will be a key part in a dynamic team providing vital support to our customer.


  • Manage daily operations of datacenter.
  • Manage and lead team of professionals providing datacenter capabilities.
  • Knowledge and experience with:
    • Virtualized solutions
    • Windows Servers and Domains
    • Linux servers
    • Switching / Routing
    • Storage Area Networks / Network Attached Storage
    • COOP Management & Execution
    • PowerShell Scripting
    • Active Directory / Core services
  • Experience with Change and release management.
  • Experience with Datacenter / Operating system upgrades.
  • Manage process and ensure policies for patching and remediation is maintained for all systems in datacenter.
  • Maintain all system topologies / diagrams for datacenter (VISIO Experience).
  • Assigned responsibilities to rotational after-hours phone for 24/7 support.
  • Occasionally work weekends to support Approved Service Interruptions (ASI).
  • Understanding of Incident Management.
  • Good communication & presentation skills.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in an IT or Computer Science related field.
  • In-scope DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
  • 10+ Yrs. IT experience.
  • 5+ Yrs. IT Management experience.
  • Must meet IAT II 8570 requirements at Start Date such as Security+ or equivalent certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CompTia Sever +, Mobility, MCSA, OR ITIL Intermediate.
  • ITIL Foundations, V4 is desired.
  • Prior DoD or Military IT experience is desired.
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desired.
