SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Collection Manager to support our customer in Fort Meade, Maryland. The Collection Manager will provide support to the Government Customer and provide support to a dynamic national security mission in the cyberspace domain.

Responsibilities

  • Develop collection management plans across multiple disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, CI OSINT, GEOINT)
  • Apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to inform intelligence consumers of collection developments and relevancy through a range of products
  • Identify collection gaps, related trends and opportunities; assess collection options, test assumptions, and produce judgments, recommendations and solutions to refine collection
  • Develop and manage a collection plan that integrates requirements with target characteristics and compares the plan to the capabilities and limitations of the available collection assets
  • Collaborate across the IC to understand customer needs and gaps to optimize developing and validating collection requirements for the customer
  • Manage large amounts of data, ensure data consistency, produce visualizations and develop models to report findings

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance, must be willing to obtain a CI polygraph
  • Senior Level: Master’s degree plus a minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, or Bachelor’s degree plus 17 years of experience; with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Mid Level: Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category; with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Ability to operate individually or as a team
  • Expertise in applying advanced collection management tradecraft principles and approaches to satisfy the unique intelligence information requirements of the cyber threat operating environment
  • Knowledge of collection management systems, databases, and processes across multiple disciplines
  • Demonstrate proficiency conducting statistics and using statistical packages such as, but not limited to, Matlab, SPSS, SAS and S-PLUS or R Graduate of a DoD/IC collection management course

Preferred Qualifications

  • Collection Manager Certified professional – fundamental (CMCP-F), DIA collection Manager’s Basic Course, or similar trainings
  • Familiar with CRATE, CSRP, CHROME, PULSE, OSCAR, NSRP, and/or TESTFLIGHT

  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
