SOS International LLC (SOSi) is looking for an exceptionally qualified Intelligence Collection Manager (ICM) at the Expert level to join our team and to further your career supporting USSOCOM. The ICM duties include participating in strategic working groups to effectively assist in the planning of long-range collection efforts, deconflict and coordinate Intelligence and information needs and requirements that cross organizational boundaries. The ideal candidate will have experience in researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior level decision makers including: CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis and support to targeting. The ICM will have firsthand knowledge targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation. The ICM will be responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments, Client development and predictive analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) analytical team that will further enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods of time.

The Intelligence Collection Manager is responsible for managing all collection requirements, periodically reviewing databases for expiring requirements, developing all-source collection strategies to address intelligence gaps, assessing collection efficiency, conducting source citation analysis, outreaching to IC partners to improve collection requirement management. Experience working in the intelligence field with an understanding of the IC and the DoD organizational structure with a demonstrated knowledge of collection management is required.
