SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Counter Drug /Transnational Organized Crime (CD/TOC) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a government program in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts all-source analysis of world-wide drug related issues to include, but not limited to, TOC, CD, and drug trafficking organizations (DTOs), DTO operations, internal security, methods, organizational facilities, personalities involved in drug production, processing, flow and narco-terrorism
  • Provide operational CD intelligence support both to DoD elements performing drug detection and monitoring missions and to U.S. and international law enforcement agencies involved in drug interdiction and anti-kingpin missions.
  • Performs predictive analysis on the flows and patterns of TOC, CD, and DTOs and follows drug related corruption influence

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance, must be willing to obtain a CI polygraph
  • Master’s degree plus a minimum of 20 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Experience working in an integrated government-contractor team fusing intelligence information from multiple intelligence disciplines
  • Effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the organization and external organizations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in manipulating various classified and open source databases. 
  • Demonstrated ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys and analysis.
  • Demonstrated analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques
  • Have 5+ years of experience driving collection reporting through assessing and validating all-source reporting
  • Experience producing intelligence informational reports 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required
