SOSi is contracted to support the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with relocation, housing, transportation, healthcare, and concierge services for its Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) sailors and their families while training in Spain. SOSi’s mission is to ease the logistical, personal, and social burdens these families may experience when undergoing an international transition by offering quality concierge services. These services shall include translation services, administrative assistance, scheduling and accompanying individuals to medical appointments, assisting with school enrollment, travel coordination, and other events as assigned.


SOSi is seeking a Site Manager in the Cadiz, Spain area. Successful candidates will join a team of like-minded professionals that are focused on maintaining clear communication and accurately conveying the respective needs for both SOSi personnel and RSNF sailors and their families. As SOSi’s goal is to provide its customers with professional, courteous, and high-quality services, the candidate must embrace and demonstrate a consistent “customer first” attitude.


This program has ambitious goals with short delivery times. Therefore, the candidate must have the ability to quickly adapt to unexpected events and thrive in a fast-paced environment:


  • Manage SOSi’s RSNF–Spain team and operations to ensure all deliverables are met, and that all day-to-day operations are conducted in an accurate, compliant, and professional manner
  • Serve as a senior point-of-contact for RSNF–Spain’s leadership to ensure all services by SOSi meet or exceed the standard, as well as to provide status updates, answer any questions, and offer recommendations on how to streamline operations and better enhance the program 
  • Manage scope, scheduling, and resources to ensure compliance with both the contract’s deliverables and Terms and Conditions 
  • Oversees the collection of data and develop processes, standard operating procedures, and tracking methodologies that enable the program to achieve its organizational goals and strategic objectives 
  • Implements productive and qualitative customer-service standards by resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, and determining system improvements in the different functionalities of the contract 
  • Manage the program’s financials to ensure all costs remain within budget, and updates are provided to management with respect to all expenditures and projected costs 
  • Prepare all reporting requirements to ensure all actions taken by SOSi within a given period are documented and subsequently submitted to the Senior Program Manager for further review 
  • Meet with vendors and subcontractors to ensure all services provided to SOSi and the client are to standard 
  • Develop method to evaluate and assess program strengths, identify areas to improve, cut costs, and/or streamline operations and procedures 
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas of customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and overall SOSi team performance 
  • Reviews monthly statements and invoices to ensure their accuracy 
  • Serve as the Program Manager in his/her absence 
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree required in related discipline
  • 5-7 years of experience with Site Management or leadership equivalent
  • Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with team members and business partners
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to make significant presentations to senior staff and/or the client
  • Demonstrate the ability to coordinate, synchronize, and execute complex tasks, activities and operations to achieve the intended objective. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Maintain a positive attitude and a desire to be successful

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with foreign military personnel related to security assistance and cooperative programs
  • Experience in other customer service, analytical, or operational related positions
  • Competency in spoken Arabic (Gulf dialect preferred) and/or Spanish

Working Conditions

  • Personnel can expect to work in a mix of office environment, as well as travel within the assigned duty location in support of customer needs
  • Requires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary
  • May require ability to lift/and or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs.
  • Up to 25% domestic travel may be required
