SOSi is contracted to support the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with relocation, housing, transportation, healthcare, and concierge services for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) sailors and their families while training in Spain. SOSi’s mission is to ease the logistical, personal, and social burdens these families may experience when undergoing an international transition by offering quality concierge services. These services shall include translation services, administrative assistance, scheduling and accompanying individuals to medical appointments, assisting with school enrollment, travel coordination, and other events as assigned.


SOSi is seeing a Senior Operations Manager in the Cadiz, Spain area. Successful candidates will join a team of like-minded professionals that are focused on maintaining clear communication and accurately conveying the respective needs for both SOSi personnel and RSNF sailors and their families. As SOSi’s goal is to provide its customers with professional, courteous, and high-quality services, the candidate must embrace and demonstrate a consistent “customer first” attitude.



This program has ambitious goals with short delivery times. Therefore, the candidate must have the ability to quickly adapt to unexpected events and thrive in a fast-paced environment:


  • Manage a team of Operations Analysts to ensure personnel are diligently fulfilling their respective responsibilities, and all day-to-day operations are conducted in an accurate and professional manner
  • Assist the program management team in the planning, coordinating, and synchronizing all program operations, policies, and procedures 
  • Ensure Operations Analysts maintain organized databases, or “trackers,” to input the names of clients, accurately capture metrics and identify key performance indicators and/or performance shortfalls related to housing services, concierge services, and vehicle leases 
  • Oversee the collection of data and assist in developing processes, standard operating procedures, and tracking methodologies that enable the program to achieve its organizational goals and objectives 
  • Develop and/or analyze program metrics and prepare reports and briefings to provide insight and recommendations to program management based on the data/trends/problems identified 
  • Troubleshoot any issues relating to the relocation and settlement needs of the client which may include but is not limited to administrative assistance, scheduling medical appointments, assisting with school enrollment, and travel coordination.  
  • Assist with procurement actions, to include the submission of Purchase Requisitions for purchasing necessary items, to include, but not limited to office equipment, office furniture, furniture for housing, and other items needed to ensure SOSi meets all operational and contractual requirements 
  • Collect feedback from both clients and Linguists for monthly updates and to help shape the customer service roadmap for new features and program enhancements  
  • Evaluate business practices and makes recommendations for changes where necessary 
  • Provide excellent customer services support to SOSi’s clients and escalate any critical issues to the Program Management team, as required 
  • May serve as the Program Manager in his/her absence 
  • Performs other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
  • 5-7 years of experience in Operations or Project Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with team members and business partners
  • Maintain a positive attitude and a desire to be successful

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in other customer service, analytical, or operational related positions
  • Competency in spoken Arabic (Gulf dialect preferred) and/or Spanish

Working Conditions

  • Personnel can expect to work in a mix of office environment, as well as travel within the assigned duty location in support of customer needs
  • Requires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary
  • May require ability to lift/and or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs.
  • Up to 25% domestic travel may be required
