Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an exceptionally qualified Intelligence Discipline Lead - Subject Matter Expert (SME) level to join our team and to further your career supporting USSOCOM.  The IDL SME will be well-versed and capable of fusing intelligence information derived from multiple intelligence disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Counter Intelligence (CI), All-Source Analysts, Targeting Analysts, Collection Management, as well as Industrial Security Professionals.

The IDL SME will have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation. The IDL SME will also be responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments, Client development and predictive analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) analytical team.

 

Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones.  Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • The SME-Level Intelligence Discipline Lead must have managerial experience to include one (1) year combat overseas experience
  • The IDL SME will have knowledge of advanced targeting skills and firsthand experience targeting networks, individuals within networks, and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation.
  • The IDL SME will have a thorough understanding of the F3EAD targeting cycle as well as the current data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting  
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using current analytic tools, databases and Intelligence and operational systems is required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of ten (10) years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level
  • Two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of Special Operations, and at least one (1) combat overseas tour with a Special Missions Unit (SMU) and/or Special Operations Forces (SOF) providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.
  • Will be highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development
  • Advanced skills with F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience
  • Possess demonstrable experience in their field, and advanced skill with the Intelligence Cycle, High Value Individuals Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Pattern of Life Analysis, and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis and Intelligence Training
  • Demonstrable experience with employing expert knowledge and understanding of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills to support intelligence operations
  • Expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze and integrate complex information related to targeting
  • Well-versed and possess strong briefing skills on the subject matter
  • Sensitive HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge / understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully describe the SOF targeting process
  • Working knowledge of targeting applications and expert knowledge on all aspects of HVI/network targeting including methodologies and systems
  • Will be highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development
  • Must have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Must have ability to work as a part of a team to identify trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and future production that will allow decision-makers to become more aware of new and emerging TTPs and developments to further meet specific customer requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable
  • Current Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligible
  • Must possess a valid US passport
  • Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable
  • Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract

Preferred Qualifications

Highly Desired:

Two (2) years managerial level experience in support of Special Operations.

Two (2) years combat overseas tour experience with a Special Missions Unit (SMU) and/or Special Operations Forces (SOF) providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.
