SOS International LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support a government program in Charlottesville, VA. 

Responsibilities

  • Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met system resources are utilized effectively and the proper relationships are established between customers
  • Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems
  • provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this TO
  • Provide program management/supervision and direction to insure the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract
  • Use government-furnished systems to receive, log, assign, track, and monitor tasks assigned to the center, office, or task force
  • Ensure tasks are received, Logged, and assigned to the appropriate sections/personnel for completion
  • Provide local management to coordinate tasking and assignments of employees
  • Ensure project interdependencies are planned and risks adequately mitigated
  • Responsible for tasking of employees, prioritization of their time and adherence to terms of the program and adherence to Government mandated training procedures
  • Responsible for providing monthly status reports to Government
  • Provide all-source assessments written to IC Analytic Integrity standards, answer requests for information, input relevant data into IC databases and contribute to intelligence products such as briefings, presentations, and assessments
  • This position requires travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations

Qualifications

  • Active in-scope TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Possess the current project management Institute (PMI) project management professional certification or equivalent
  • Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products
  • Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills in order to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • MA or MS degree in a related field AND 10 years of relevant experience working on DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services; OR BA/BS degree in a related field AND 15 years of experience working on DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Senior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards and available analytic tools with general understanding of the program operations
  • Knowledge of and experience in planning and executing technical studies and reports for computer systems and computer networks
  • Knowledge of and experience of Conventional and Irregular Warfare concepts and operations
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
  • This position requires travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations
