SOSi is seeking a Switchboard I to support the 379^th Communications Squadron in Qatar.

**This position is contingent upon contract award**

• Operates an automated telephone switchboard.
• Responsible for providing timely and accurate customer assistance, answering incoming calls, transferring calls and connecting conference calls.
• Provides operator assistance to look up telephone numbers for organizations and personnel.
• Support continuous operations of commercial telephone switches 24x7x365.
• Publish and keep a current site directory.
• Managing and distribute to all customers by email a quick reference guide on telephone operations and features.
• Support callers from locations in SWA and act as centralized operators.
• Be responsible to provide updated phone directories as necessary.

• In Scope DoD Secret clearance.
• Associate level experience as a telephone operator handling overseas telephone calls, personal locator service, commercial information services, customer support, conference calls, emergency calls and maintaining call accounting databases.
• Candidate must successfully meet Visa and CRC processing requirements to include USCENTCOM SG MOD 14 and 15.
• Candidate must have a valid US passport.

• Fluency in a foreign language desired but not required.

• Working environment is a climate-controlled facility.  Outdoor temperatures may exceed temperatures of 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
