SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Intellitence Technician (Mid) to support a government program in Charlottesville, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities
  • Produce metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management functions
  • Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system high to low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied/Partner systems
  • This position requires travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations

Qualifications

  • Active in scope TS/SCI clearance, must be willing to obtain a CI Polygraph
  • MA/MS degree in related field AND 5 years of experience as an Intelligence Technician on DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services; OR 12 years of experience as an Intelligence Technician on DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services
  • Demonstrates ability to provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities
  • Demonstrates ability to build and maintain databases; monitor intelligence; assist with administration and management of RFIs; produce metrics; provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system-high to -low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied/ Partner systems
  • Demonstrates ability to produce metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management functions
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrates ability to interpret analysis
  • Demonstrates ability to defend analytic judgements with sound, logical conclusions and adapt analytic judgments when presented with new information, evolving conditions, or unexpected developments
  • Demonstrates ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint), electronic/ soft copy matrices and/ or web-enabled formats
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally; with strong grammar skills. Demonstrates proficiency using Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrates ability to develop structured research including, obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols. Demonstrates ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with the application of quantitative and qualitative analytic methods
  • Detailed knowledge of DoD and/or IC interagency operations
  • Understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools with general understanding of program operations
  • Knowledge of and experience with Conventional and Irregular Warfare concepts and operations
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required

  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
  • This position requires travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations
