SOSi is currently seeking experienced  Army Information Operations S3 Reach Back IO Planner to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA. The position shall review, make recommendations to, and support the development of doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) change recommendations, requirements, concept development, and doctrine, in accordance with all published and verbal regulations, guidance, and policy.



  • Participate and contribute to planning teams, working groups, and events
  • Write reports and give briefs
  • Coordinate and synchronize IO related capabilities
  • Promote IO interoperability
  • Review and provide input to COCOM, service and higher HQ plans and other documents
  • Develop CONOPS
  • Monitor, research and analyze the information environment.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Active in-scope TS/SCI Clearance
  • Staff officer experience a plus
  • Eight (8) Years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 
  • Information Operations background preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required
