SOSi is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. The Logistics Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of complex tasks with property management ranging from the design of tools and process to account for property spread over several working areas of operation.


**This position is contingent upon contract award**


  • Maintain property records according to DoD and Army guidelines.
  • Perform property inventory and property management functions to include operation of automated bar code scanning equipment.
  • Assist with operations of a supply room to include stocking shelves, inventorying, shopping for resupply items, and issuing consumable supplies to customers.
  • Assist with turn-in, repair, and relocation of equipment and furniture.


  • 2+ years of relevant experience in maintaining property records.
  • 8-10 years total logistics experience.
  • Must be able to operate computer equipment and customized software packages to track property.
  • Must be capable of assisting with operations of a supply room to include stocking shelves, inventorying, shopping for resupply items and issuing consumable supplies to customers.
  • Must possess an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Be able to meet all medical and physical requirements of an overseas position according to USCENTCOM SG MOD 14 and 15.
  • Must have a valid US Passport.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a DoD environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of Army supply/property management policies and procedures.
  • Fluency in a foreign language desired but not required.

Working Conditions

  • Outside environment is under harsh climate conditions. Outside temperatures regularly exceed 100 degrees.
  • Must be able to lift and move equipment in warehouse environments.
