SOSi is currently seeking a Specialist, Warehouse Lead to perform a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment’s storage plan on the SOUTHCOM LOGCAP V contract in Soto Cano, Honduras.


  • Work involves most of the following: verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents; noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damage; routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods; rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; and removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.
  • Operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.
    • Note: Exclude workers whose primary duties involve shipping and receiving work order filling, or operating forklifts.


  • A high school diploma is preferred.
  • Must have 3 years of experience working in a similar position.
  • Must be able to function in an office setting, answer the phone, use office equipment, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish is desirable, but not required.

Working Conditions

  • Willingness to live and work under environmental and other conditions that may be uncomfortable or hazardous at times.
  • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
  • Requires periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
