SOSi is seeking a Strategic Target Planner supporting our United States Government (USG) customer.


  • Analyzes all dimensions of the Information Environment (physical, informational and cognitive) to support Information Operations by defining, analyzing, describing and making recommendations for non-kinetic targeting.
  • Coordinates with intelligence analysts to refine analysis and validate recommendations. 
  • Develops CONOPS and coordinates approvals with internal and external stakeholders.


  • Active in Scope TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of related experience and Recent Joint or Service-level information operations experience preferred.
  • Requires familiarity with Joint Targeting Cycle and associated processes, experience with Information Operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Joint Targeting School/Joint Operational Fires and Effects course graduates preferred.
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.

Working Conditions

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
  • This position requires travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations (if applicable).
