SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an experienced Open Source/PAI Intelligence Analyst (Team Lead) to support a government program in Ft.Belvoir, VA. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct all-source analytic production on sources and products of information available from public, private, and U.S. and foreign Government open source materials within established security protocols
  • Analyze foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements
  • Responsible for researching, developing and presenting PAI Intelligence products at the tactical and operational levels
  • Research emerging open source and social media applications of social networking, collaborate with industry and subject matter experts and inerface with Government agencies to identify new and emerging social network analysis methodologies, techniques and analytical tools
  • This position requires travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations

Qualifications

  • Active in scope TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph 
  • 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years 
  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline OR Associate's degree with 12 years experience in an intelligence discipline
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements
  • 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Demonstrates understanding of intelligence oversight and OSINT legal and policy directives and limitations
  • Demonstrates ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrates ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
  • Demonstrates experience with the application of metadata
  • Demonstratedsability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in an intelligence discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends
