SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an experienced Program Manager (Senior) to support a government program in Ft.Belvoir, VA. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing program management for all areas. The ideal candidate will have an active in-scope TS/SCI clearance and the ability obtain a CI Poly. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure open communication with the customer
  • Manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers
  • Task planning, preparation, and execustion (Establish Baseline and Metrics)
  • Activley participate in meetings, briefings, conferences, seminars, progress reviews, etc. This may include providing management, technical, cost, or schedule information and other advice and assistance to the customer
  • Maintain and facilitate continuous process improvements
  • Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities
  • Coordinate resolutions to production-related problems
  • Analyze operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and IC boundaries along with the ability to articulate the key findings
  • This position requires travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations

Qualifications

  • Active in scope TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a CI Poly
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with ten (10) years of experience in an intelligence discipline or an Associate’s degree with twelve (12) years of experience
  • Twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last two years
  • Five (5) years of demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks to include conducting intelligence analysis, planning, and dissemination
  • Two (2) years of demonstrated experience with project management and task coordination
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Intel activities and mission requirements
  • Experience with reviewing analytical products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and conclusion support
  • Test analytic rigor of analytical products
  • Demonstrate the mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytical methodologies
  • Update tradecraft methodologies as developments are discovered within the academia and other fields
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
  • Ability to be on call 24/7 for any mission needs
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must have a Project Management Professinal (PMP) certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree and 12 years of experience in intelligence operations OR Bachelor’s degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required

  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends
