SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an experience Intelligence Content Manager (Team Lead) to support a government program in Ft.Belvoir, VA.  The Intelligence Content Manager Team Lead will be responsible for managing the content of SharePoint sites as an administrator. The ideal candidate will have an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide intelligence information sharing and intelligence data architecture solutions with bilateral and multilateral foreign partner organizations
  • Facilitate acces, identification, discovery, integration, and dissemination of relevant intelligence reporting
  • Synchronize Army, ASCC, COCOM, and IC data related efforts within a specified operational theater
  • Deconflict intelligence data requirements for bilateral and multilateral supporting combined operations
  • Aid in the undertanding of C2ISR architectures and the facilitation of rapid dissemination of releaseable intelligence reporting to appropriate partners.
  • Identify information sharing or intelligence architecture gaps
  • Research and identify solutions and recommend curse of action for a government decision
  • Identify information sharing opportunitoes and present the solutions
  • This position requires travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations

Qualifications

  • Active in scope TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a CI Poly
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with ten (10) years of experience in an intelligence discipline OR an Associate’s degree with twelve (12) years of experience
  • Four (4) years of experience managing SharePoint sites as an administrator
  • Knowledge and understanding of mission requirements and labor category
  • Experience with coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosures, intel dissemination, or cross-domain operations.
  • Ability to brief and produce professional presentations to diverse audiences
  • Understanding of metadata
  • Ability to coordinate tasks
  • Experience with instructing and interacting with small groups on data and information requirements
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytical methodologies
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or emerging research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to tasks
  • In-depth knowledge of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and IC boundaries
  • Able to clearly articulate research findings
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight
  • Advanced experience using MS SharePoint 2013+

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field from a college or university accredited by a U.S. Department of Education agency with twelve (12) years of experience OR have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with seventeen (17) years of experience
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required
