SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany.  The Project Manager will be responsible for analyzing and identifying system requirements for the Mission Partner Environment projects.


  • Analyze and identify customer information system requirements for Mission Partner Environment (MPE) related projects by designing or conducting analytical studies, cost-benefit analysis or other research germane to the assigned projects.
  • Participate with key DISA, Joint Staff, and Combatant Command officials in defining projects goals and coordinate preparation of a master plan for accomplishing goals. 
  • Determine which phases of a project will be performed by other specialists or contractors.
  • Participate in design reviews.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to develop project schedules and plan resources; communicate with customers as to schedule progress while managing potential delays and risks.
  • Work with the customer to define and document customer requirements.
  • Create and manage team resources to ensure timely delivery of projects including requirements specifications, design documents, project plans, etc.
  • Interface regularly with other delivery teams providing complementary support for other efforts.


  • A active in-scope TS/SCI clearance
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience performing Network/System
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline (OR the equivalent years' of relevant experience e.g. Associate's degree equals 2 years' of experience; Bachelor's degree equals 4 years' of experience; etc)
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01 IAT level II (or higher) compliant e.g. CompTIA Security+ CE, etc.
  • Must be able to obtain certification as a Technical Expert by the German Government under the Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) process
  • Administration/Engineering on DoD networks or managing DoD projects/programs.
  • Knowledge in the following  areas of Information Technology:
  • Information Systems Architecture
  • Information Systems Implementation
  • Information Systems Integration
  • Security Engineering
  • Communications and Network Systems Management
  • Communicating clearly, precisely in order to solve problem and innovate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Information Technology or related discipline
  • MCITP certification/ MCSE, Cisco CCNP, or ability to obtain.
  • ITIL-F v3/v4
  • PMP/PRINCE2 type of background. Normal project management functions - building schedules, WBS, managing the projects, arranging meetings with the stakeholders, etc.
  • Recent experience supporting MNIS networks/systems
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required

  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends.
