SOSi is currently seeking an Human Resources, Lead to join our team in San Antonio, TX supporting a humanitarian assistance project for our government customer.


  • Identifies, evaluates, and resolves employee relations and work performance problems within establishment to facilitate communication and improve employee relations skills and work performance.
  • Interacts informally with establishment personnel and facilitates effective interpersonal communication among participants
  • Attends meetings of managers, supervisors, and work units to ascertain human relations and work related problems that adversely affect employee morale and establishment productivity.
  • Develops and conducts training to instruct establishment managers, supervisors, and workers in human relations skills, such as supervisory skills, conflict resolution skills, interpersonal communication skills, and effective group interaction skills.
  • Schedules individuals for technical job-related skills training to improve individual work performance.
  • May participate in resolving labor relations issues.
  • May assist in screening applicants for establishment training programs.


  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legistlation and payroll processes.
  • Must be able to work independently or within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of related experience.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and pressure.
  • Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
