Overview

SOSi is currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team in San Antonio, TX supporting a humanitarian assistance project for our government customer.

Responsibilities

  • Administers activities concerned with contracts for purchase or sale of equipment, materials, products, or services.
  • Negotiates contract with customer or bidder.
  • Examines performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates of costs of material, equipment, and production to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Reviews bids from other firms for conformity to contract requirements and determines acceptable bids.
  • Provides bids, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required.
  • May compile data for preparing estimates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • Relevant experience as a Contract Administrator 
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Must be able to work independently or within a team.

  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and pressure.
  • Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
