Overview

SOSi is currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX supporting a humanitarian assistance project for our government customer.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the recruiting process from start to finish.
  • Ensures smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Arranges interview scheduling between applicants and hiring managers.
  • Talks with hiring managers about individual candidates.
  • Gives timely feedback to upper management on the hiring process.
  • Emails interview confirmation emails to candidates.
  • Collects interview feedback from applicants and hiring managers.
  • Records recruitment activity.
  • Arranges candidate travel and expenses reimbursements.
  • Performs background checks on finalists.
  • Gives offer letters to successful applicants.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in Recruiting and/or HR support role.
  • Strong organizaitonal skills required.
  • Must be able to work independently or within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of related experience.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and pressure.
  • Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
