SOSi is currently seeking a Director of Compliance to join our team in San Antonio, TX supporting a humanitarian assistance project for our government customer.


  • Plans, develops, organizes, directs, and executes the compliance strategies; evaluates trends; determines accountabilities; and communicates and enforces values, policies, and procedure.
  • Establishes compliance strategies by estimating, forecasting, anticipating and evaluating requirements, trends, and variances; establishing critical measurements; accumulating resources; developing action plans; resolving problems; and implementing changes.
  • Understands relevant current and proposed legislation; enforces regulations; and recommends new procedures.
  • Cooperates with local, State, and Federal governmental units and other organizations in identifying needs and providing assistance in enforcement of statutes.


  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Must be able to work independently or within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in related field preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and pressure.
  • Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
  • 15 or more years of related experience
