SOSi is currently seeking Mental Health Clinicians to join our team in San Antonio, TX supporting a humanitarian assistance project for our government customer.


  • Administers mental health assessments, identifies mental and emotional disorders, develops individualized treatment plans, and advises and provides guidance to individuals needing emotional or psychological support.
  • Heads individual or group therapy sessions, and runs mental health and wellness classes or workshops.
  • Offers guidance to individuals, couples, families, and groups who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being; helps them develop coping strategies or finds ways to change behaviors, and seeks to relieve their mental and emotional suffering without resorting to drugs or invasive medical methods.
  • Encourages clients to express their true feelings and discuss emotions and experiences, and helps them learn how to define goals and make informed and healthy decisions about themselves, their relationships, and their futures.
  • Examines issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress, and suicide.
  • Gathers, organizes, and analyzes information about clients through records, tests, interviews, and professional sources; and develops therapeutic processes to aid in their healing.
  • Refers clients to psychologists, doctors, social workers, and other services to provide further treatment or assistance if required.


  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.
  • Relevant experience in a healthcare setting performing clinical assessments.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English required.
  • Must be able to work independently or within a team.
