Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an experienced TS/SCI cleared Counterintelligence SME to join our team at Fort Benning, GA. The ideal candidate will be able to accurately and effectively comunicate with senior leadership and the customer.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptionally qualified Counterintelligence SME  to join our team and to further your career supporting USSOCOM. The Counterintelligence (CI) SME shall possess SME-level skill sets in counterintelligence with demonstrated experience and results to include knowledge of training requirements, mission requirements, the ability to effectively communicate with USSOCOM customers. CI SME should maintain knowledge of the organization. CI SME will be assisting the USSOCOM staff to identify and assist in the development of prudent COAs, recommend priorities, train members of the team, and employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit to USSOCOM operations.

 

Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones.  Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods of time.

 

Qualifications

  • Active in-scope TS/SCI security clearance 
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing counterintelligence related operations while serving in a Joint Special Operations Task Force or Inter-agency Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint CI Activity or Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community
  • Minnimum of  (10) years of operational analysis experience in their analytic field. Five (5) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations and combat overseas tours with a SMU or SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired
  • Understanding of  F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstratable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products
  • Advanced skill sets with the HUMINT Operations Cycle, CI Support to HUMINT operations, Asset Risk Assessment and Management System (ARMS), Operational Risk Management process, Pattern of Life analysis and one or more of the following areas: Human Factor Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis, or Intelligence training
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of CI theory, doctrine, rules, laws, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to full spectrum CI operations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable
  • Must have source/asset validation and operational Risk Management (ORM) experience
  • Has knowledge of the core areas of counterintelligence with experience in CI collections, CI analysis and production, CI support to force protection, CI operations, and CI support to research, development and acquisition
  • Mentors or facilitates the mentoring of junior counterintelligence agents
  • Keeps abreast of current Counterintelligence (Cl) developments, policies, processes, reporting and analysis to identify and prioritize training requirements
  • Evaluating information and data to identify potential indicators of insider threats and provide assessments and guidance on insider threat matters
  • Serves as a counterintelligence analyst conducting, coordinating and monitoring analytic and production efforts focused on threat determination and options development in support of operations
  • Conducts, coordinates and monitors the development of counterintelligence collection requirements
  • Must possess a valid US passport
  • Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable
  • Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirbale, but not required

  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends
