Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an experienced TS/SCI cleared  Intelligence Technical Targeting (ITT) SME to join our team at Fort Bragg, NC. The ideal candidate will be able to accurately and effectively comunicate with senior leadership and the customer.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptionally qualified Intelligence Technical Targeting (ITT) SME  to join our team and to further your career supporting USSOCOM. The Counterintelligence (CI) SME shall possess SME-level skill sets in counterintelligence with demonstrated experience and results to include knowledge of training requirements, mission requirements, the ability to effectively communicate with USSOCOM customers. ITT SME should maintain knowledge of the organization. ITT SME will be assisting the USSOCOM staff to identify and assist in the development of prudent COAs, recommend priorities, train members of the team, and employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit to USSOCOM operations.

 

Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones.  Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods of time.

 

Qualifications

  • Active in-scope TS/SCI security clearance 
  • Minnimum of  (10) years of operational analysis experience in their analytic field. Five (5) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations and combat overseas tours with a SMU or SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired
  • Requires advanced SIGINT knowledge.
  • Previous experience with at least one overseas deployment with SMU or SOF in anoperational environment providing direct analysis support
  • At least two (2) years of exploiting large data sets, combining data rules, algorithms and layering of other data types for predictive analysis 
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Intelligence Cycle, HVI targeting, Social Network analysis, Pattern of Life analysis, and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors analysis, Human Terrain analysis, SIGINT targeting, Convergence analysis, and Intelligence training 

  • Understanding of  F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstratable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products
  • Possess an understanding of data structures and standards to assist in data model development necessary to support a cohesive data environment that is searchable across multiple data sets and have the ability to evaluate new or unfamiliar data sets
  • Possess the ability to write basic scripts in either JavaScript, Python, C++, or Java in order to retrieve and manipulate unstructured and structured data sets

  • Experience working with data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, etc

  • Extensive knowledge in programming languages (i.e. Python, Pig, Anaconda, Visual Basic, or R), spatial analysis tools and concepts, data mining methods, database structures and processing, and analytic information extraction and visualization

  •  Experience in or demonstrated ability to learn and work with Multi-threaded, Big Data, distributive cloud architectures and frameworks such as Hadoop, MapReduce, Cloudera, Hive, Spark, Elastic Search, etc

  • Must possess a valid US passport
  • Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable
  • Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirbale, but not required

  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends
