SOSi is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) to support a Security Cooperation mission in El Salvador.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the El Salvadorian ISR community in development of ISR career field structure, training, and force employment at the MAJCOM, Wing, and Squadron level; makes recommendations and provides expert counsel.
  • Provides SIGINT, exploitation, analysis and fusion subject matter expertise for the improvement of ISR warfighting and to ensure future operational success.
  • Provides recommendations on enterprise modernization activities and cross-functional compatibility.

Qualifications

  • Ten or more years of experience in ISR planning, force employment, training, or personnel management, including 3 to 5 years of tactical ISR experience.
  • ISR experience at US Service Staff, Combatant Command, or Service Major Command.
  • Former US military field grade intelligence officer.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish language.
  • Experience in El Salvador.

Working Conditions

  • Willingness to live and work under environmental and other conditions that may be uncomfortable or hazardous at times.
  • Requires periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
