Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an Access Management Team Lead to support the IT Service Management system in Fort Huachuca, AZ.  The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses experience in Physical and Traditional Security.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 15 employees, to include Access Management and Security Reception (24x7x365)
  • Take appropriate action as necessary to ensure proper handling of classified material in order to mitigate any possibility of breaches in security, policy, or procedures
  • Effectively manage time and efforts to ensure on-time completion of all assigned tasks. Support special projects as needed to achieve organizational goals and/or mission objectives
  • Coordinate with external organizations such as Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), U.S. Army Cyber Command (USARCYBER) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as needed to support customer request
  • Develop performance management initiatives to tackle individual and team performance issues
  • Maintaining and developing team documentation, guidelines and processes (TTP's, SOP's, Checklists)
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback, as necessary
  • Creating, maintaining and updating team scheduling and on-call rotation, to ensure adequate coverage
  • Deliver timely and accurate reports to leadership, on or before the assigned suspense date
  • Participate in required reviews and meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Active in scope SECRET clearance
  • HS +4 years of customer service or AA/AS +2 or BA/BS
  • IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) required at hire
  • Physical Security (PSY) certification required within 180 days of hire
  • Experience managing or leading a team of employees
  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Scheduling flexibility, to include nights, weekends and/or holidays, as needed
  • Occasional travel may be required for work or training purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to express a positive attitude towards others
  • Logically process and diagnose information assurance and security related issues
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and complete objectives on-time
  • Ability to resolve problems independently
  • Preferred experience in Physical and Traditional Security
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.

Working Conditions

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
