SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an experienced ENOSC Manager to support our U.S. government customer. This contract provides technical support and solutions to satisfy our customer’s enterprise IT objectives. The ENOSC Manager is responsible for managing a team supporting 24/7/365 enterprise operations. The Manager will act as the central POC for monitoring network and data center operations, event management, correlation, and is responsible for event escalation.  

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective leadership and mentoring of personnel
  • Manage, coordinate, and escalate events with supporting teams and the customer as required and provide periodic status updates through resolution
  • Schedule personnel to support 24 hour operations
  • Manage, create, refine, and execute documented process and provide recommendations for process improvement
  • Document issues and escalate as required based on impact to enterprise services
  • Manage and perform maintenance tasks and document results
  • Manage and update daily task logs and event tracking
  • Manage and update status reports
  • Interface with supporting teams on process improvement, documentation requirements, and standard operating procedures to increase effectiveness of team
  • Be familiar with CA Spectrum monitoring tool
  • Ability to brief senior government officials on status of operations, incidents and resolution efforts
  • Ability to support as needed after hours

Qualifications

  • Active in scope DoD Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferable.
  • Must meet DOD 8570 certification requirements such as Security+ or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of relevant Enterprise Network and Security Operations Management experience
  • 5+ years of management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred CompTIA Sec+, ITILV4 Foundations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer interface skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook).
  • Must have good organizational skills.
  • Must handle and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be flexible with working hours.
