SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The HRBP is responsible for providing guidance to managers and employees on company policies and practices. They will be experienced in handling employee relations issues, to include conducting formal investigations, documenting findings, and making recommendations. The role will support any other needs of the department, including maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems, file maintenance, and orientation and training. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and proactive person who is willing to help wherever needed across the HR team.
