SOSi is currently seeking an experienced IMINT Analyst - Miid to support our Government customer in Fort Grodon, Georgia. 


  • Conduct all-source analytic production by interpreting imagery including visible, infrared, and radar data as well as full motion video for the identification of foreign conventional and unconventional military installations; civilian infrastructure relevant to military capabilities; weapon systems; orders of battle; military equipment and defenses; battle damage assessments; communications; humanitarian efforts
  • Develop, assess, review, analyze, and make recommendations concerning GEOINT capabilities, system requirements, development, personnel, communications, logistics, and other functions deemed necessary by the COR; ensure Army GEO INT community is kept abreast of emergintechnological developments that enhance the Army's ability to leverage GEO INT PED
  • Perform near real-time observation, analysis, exploitation and reporting of GEOINT data in accordance with the DNI ICD 203 and Joint PED standard
  • Maintain proficiency on GEOINT data from A-ISR platforms to include: FMV, EO/IR, SAR and MTI
  • responsible for capturing analytical findings in textual, graphic, vector, or other formats as directed by national and local policy and will ensure that GEOINT reporting adheres to national, theater, and local policies which govern content, accuracy, formatting, classification, and timeliness
  • Maintain familiarity and expertise with all relevant classification guides, security policy, and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)
  • Disseminate intelligence reports through a variety of medium and maintain the capability of disseminating intelligence data across multi-domain networks
  • Coordinate with appropriate agencies/units to provide input and recommendations on the refinement and tailoring of requirements
  • Maintain familiarity and expertise with all national, theater, and commercial GEOINT collection assets to include Aerial Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) platforms, and provide input on GEOINT collection strategies for supported commands/agencies as required, including the effective use and integration of GEOINT in multi-INT collection plans
  • Prepare and submit requirements and collection plans to meet requirements, using specified theater and national requirements management systems/practices
  • Maintain familiarity and expertise with all relevant theater and national GEOINT requirements systems, databases, and software
  • Provide assessments on the efficacy and quality of collections and collection plans, and provide input for modifications to collection as necessary.


  • Active TS/SCI security clearance, must be willing to obtain a CI Polygraph
  • AA/AS degree with 8 years of Intelligence experience including 2 of last 5 years supporting A-ISR operations OR HS diploma/GED AND 12 years' experience with 3 of last 4 years supporting A-ISR 
  • Excellent written & oral communication, research, and analytic skills
  • Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projects
  • Expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports
  • Experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders
  • Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design
  • Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: Intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence database and products
  • Experience with tradecraft and publication ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce written reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert assessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholder
  • Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification to include GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC-F, GPC_IA-II, GPC_GA-II, GPC_IS-II)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG)
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required
