SOSi is currently seeking an experienced SIGINT Analyst - Junior to support our Government customer in Ft. Gordon, Georgia. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform geolocation and SIGINT collection, processing, analysis and reporting on tasked signals of interest in accordance with NSA associated USSIDs and CONOPS
  • Provide SIGINT products and reports with sufficient evidence and clarity to support development of operational planning documentation
  • Maintain proficiency with all tools and databases necessary to access supporting intelligence information required for the execution of SIGINT support to the customer
  • Use Graphic Information Systems (GIF) methoneds and tools to answer critical intelligence questions
  • Perform specialized scientific and technical data processing techniques utilizing non-standard and developmental software suites, to include Special Access Program (SAP) and Controlled Access Program (CAP) level programs
  • Responsible for capturing analytical findings in textual, graphic, vector, or other formats as directed by national and local policy and will ensure that SIGINT reporting adheres to national, theater, and local policies which govern content, accuracy, formatting, classification, and timeliness
  • Maintain familiarity and expertise with all relevant classification guides, security policy, and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)
  • Disseminate intelligence reports through a variety of medium and maintain the capability of disseminating intelligence data across multi-domain networks
  • Coordinate with appropriate agencies/units to provide input and recommendations on the refinement and tailoring of requirements
  • Maintain familiarity and expertise with all national, theater, and commercial SIGINT collection assets to include Aerial Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) platforms, and provide input on SIGINT collection strategies for supported commands/agencies, including the effective use and integration of SIGINT in multi-INT collection plans
  • Prepare and submit requirements and collection plans to meet requirements, using specified theater and national requirements management systems/practices
  • Maintain familiarity and expertise with all relevant theater and national SIGINT requirements systems, databases, and software
  • Provide assessments on the efficacy and quality of collections and collection plans, and provide input for modifications to collection as necessary

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance, must be willing to obtain a CI polygraph
  • AA/AS degree with 3 years of Intelligence experience including 1 of last 2 years supporting SIGINT collection OR HS diploma/GED AND 5 years' Intelligence experience with 3 years supporting SIGINT collection
  • Excellent written & oral communications, research, and analytic skills
  • Ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projects
  • Ability to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports
  • Experience supporting decision making and specail projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders
  • Experience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assissting with drafting expert assessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholder
  • Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification from any of the Service Cryptologic Components (SCC)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Government customer policies and procedures
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required
