Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Army Training Information Management System (ARTIMS) Business Analyst to join their team supporting Army Forces Command on Ft. Bragg. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with extensive knowledge of ARTIMS and Army organizational structure.

Responsibilities

  • The primary role is to provide timely and accurate assistance to our entire customer base throughout all 10 theatres (AFRICOM, ARCYBER, CENTCOM, EUCOM, NORTHCOM, PACOM, SOUTHCOM, USSTRATCOM, USTRANSCOM, and USSOCOM) in addition to the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC), Army National Guard (ARNG) and the Joint Staff.
  • Provide technical assistance to our users.
  • Provide ARTIMS familiarization training to new users upon request.
  • Monitor client accounts, reactivate those disabled or reinstate/reconfigure deleted accounts.
  • Provide SME assistance when problems arise and a client is unable to perform a certain task within the program. Talk the client through the process to correctly complete the required action.
  • During duty hours, provide “Real Time” (phone) or “Near Real Time” (Email) assistance to our entire customer base. Be the “go to” person that our clients have grown accustomed to when issues arise within the ARTIMS program.
  • Provide any additional assistance to clients not specified above.

Qualifications

  • Active DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to teach the system to a wide range of people. This can include up to Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO’s), Commissioned Officers, Department of the Army Civilians and Contractors.
  • Must be highly proficient with Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

  • General Knowledge of U.S. Army Force Structure is desired.
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desired.

Working Conditions

  • Work environment is typical for an office setting in large building with multiple floors.
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally 10 to 15% of the time to major Army commands such as PACOM, EUCOM etc.
