SOSi is currently seeking a Program / Project Manager (Senior) to support a workforce and is the senior level liaison between the contractor and government customer in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. 


  • Participate in specified meetings, briefings, conferences, seminars, progress reviews, and other functions/events as deemed appropriate by the customer.
  • Provide management, technical, cost or schedule information and other advice and assistance to the customer.
  • Ensure all approved tasks/projects are planned, coordinated, and communicated with
  • government personnel as appropriate.
  • Ensure all approved tasks/project are delivered following the government approved
  • priorities, schedule, and budget.
  • Provide the COR with the continuous status for all approved tasks/projects, to include
  • deviations and remediation strategies.
  • Provide a Management Plan which shall include a detailed description of the
  • contractor’s management structure as it pertains to the Management Plan.
  • Provide monthly reporting of labor hour effort expended, by contractor andsubcontractor employee, by site, for all tasks/projects to the requirement/sub-requirement levels Financial Status Report.
  • Provide weekly reporting of current fill rate by labor category to demonstrate available staffing, known turnover, and planned/inbound new hires.
  • Provide monthly utilization reporting by location for all contractor and subcontractor employee with hours and overall utilization percentage.


  • Active in scope TS/SCI clearance.
  • BA/BS degree and 10 years of experience with A-ISR systems and programs and demonstrated experience with PED support of A-ISR systems; OR
  • Associates degree AND 12 years of experience with A-ISR systems and programs and demonstrated experience with PED support of A-ISR systems.
  • Program Manager Professional (PMP) certification.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in tactical intelligence analysis.
  • Familiarity with the following systems or software: MAAS, DCGS-A, PIDGIN, SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, GETS, FalconView, AIMES, TIGR, NGDS, OMAR, TLV, UNICORN, and/or CENTAUR.
  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office, Google Earth, familiarity with US Army and US Air Force manned and unmanned A-ISR systems.
  • Demonstrated program/project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.
