SOS is seeking a highly qualified Quality Manager for government programs. The Quality Manger will be responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management system (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

• Provides quality management support to the Site Manager (Deputy Program Manager) Multifunctional Team (MFT), and Quality Assurance Manager (QAM).
• Implement and maintain policies, procedures, systems, and controls related to quality management.
• Develop and conduct training on quality management procedures
• Track and measure performance against success criteria, deliverables, and acceptable quality levels.
• Manage internal quality audit/inspection program; maintain compliance with Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
• Oversee performance of root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action/process improvement plans.
• Maintain continuous feedback loop between Quality Department and MFT, QAM, Chief Contracting Officer’s Representative (C-COR), Mobile Contracting Officer’s Representative (M-COR), and 28 functional area Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs).
• Design and conduct surveys to obtain customer feedback on quality management.
• Prepare for annual and quarterly strategic quality planning sessions with QAM and CORs to review the current operational availability for all services, confirm inspection schedules, and review opportunities for corrective/preventive actions and process improvements based on root cause analysis, lessons learned, and customer feedback.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of QMS.

• Professional or University Bachelor’s degree or relevant vocational training and/or work experience.
• 5-10 years of quality management experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain pre-employment medical clearance.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and experience managing the quality management function of complex government programs.
• Demonstrated ability to pass third-party quality audits and/or appraisals.
• Certifications/Licensing: SO 9001 Lead Auditor or ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Six Sigma.

• Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
• Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends.
