SOSi is seeking an Operating Room Technician to join a large medical support services program in Iraq supporting our U.S. Government customer. The Operating Room Technician will facilitate performing necessary tasks for scrub role using technical skills.
Required and able to obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
Graduate from an accredited surgical technician program with two years of experience or have the military equivalent training course with Certificate of Completion (i.e. 68D, HM8483, 4N1x1).
Two years of experience as a Surgical Technician is required.
Technician who has completed certification testing by the Association of Surgical Technologists is desirable.
Maintain current certification in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
All health care providers and medical support staff must have recent clinical experience in patient care for at least six months out of the past year.
Living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
Long Hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse condition.
